As a single mother with very little time to research every decision I am required to make, it gives great peace to know that I can trust the advice and service I receive from Christian Bros. Automotive. As a fellow Christian I am so blessed to have a company that practices what they believe in every aspect of their lives. Serving their customers with understanding, integrity and love make this automotive shop a unique in our community. I have 5 cars and Christian Brothers has taken care of 4 of these vehicles. They are superior with their service, knowledge and in their explanation of what needs to be done. I have never been to a facility that takes the time to explain in such detail what is wrong, how they will fix it and the cost to repair is right. Christian Brothers will also tell you where to go and not to go for inspections as well. The customer service is top notch and the atmosphere is relaxed. I have told several friends about them and they love Christian Brothers as well!

I have lived in Austin for over 20 years. During that time, I have had difficulty finding a honest mechanic who understood our need to work within a budget. Last year, I took the family van to them and were so impressed with their philosophy, service and treatment, my husband and I decided to stick with them. Since then, they helped us evaluate a used car we ended up purchasing and have worked with us to get needed repairs done in a manner that is supportive of our tight budget. I highly recommend them to everyone, especially ladies, as they conduct business in a refreshingly honest and dependable way!

When I moved to the Austin area a few years ago, of course the first thing I needed to do was to find a mechanic. Fortunately, I immediately found Christian Bros. I originally was going to the 620/Cedar Park shop, but now the new shop on Vista Ridge is closer to where I live. Since day one, the dealings I have had with Steve, Phil and Fred have been nothing short of the best in customer service and excellence. I trust them completely as they have always treated me with the upmost respect and honesty. You need a courtesy pickup? No problem. I would highly recommend both shops as I have been to both and will continue to take my vehicles to Christian Brothers as long as I am in the Austin area. Thanks guys for everything!

Took my vehicle in for an oil leak and inspection and was pleasantly surprised to find that these guys are honest! So many other car shops you never know if you are getting the straight deal or not. They took the time to explain each of the problems I brought the van in for and then also explained some other items that were found and the implications of fixing or not fixing them. It was refreshing to have someone take the time to help educate me. The van was ready when promised and slightly below the price I was quoted. I will return to them for future repairs.

I head into Christian Brothers BEFORE they are scheduled to open and meekly walk to the door. It was unlocked and I was greeted warmly. Dan went ahead and checked me in and told me it would be a few minutes before they could look at my car, since they were not officially open yet. He also offered me a ride back to my house, which I gladly accepted.

Dan and his team performed a free brake check and billion-point (or something) inspection. They called about an hour and half later and gave me estimate. I took the brake flush and also got my rear brakes fixed. I had my car back by 1PM, as well!

Synopsis: They quoted a time and they delivered. They also have fair prices and I was treated with respect and kindness. I agree with Mike L. that their bays are magnificently clean. These folks take pride in their work. I will be back!

I’ve taken my two cars (and my mother-in-law’s car) to Christian Bros. Automotive on Vista Ridge many times since they first opened. They’ve always done the job right and didn’t try to do repairs that I didn’t want/need. They are always friendly non-intimidating. The waiting room is very nice and clean and they have wireless internet so I can get work done on my laptop while I’m waiting. They also provide a ride to work or home, if I don’t want to wait. So far, I have no complaints, but only compliments. I highly recommended taking your car to their shop.

While visiting Cedar Park last April, my car needed an oil change. Not only did CBA change the oil, they allowed me to furnish the oil (Mobil 1) purchased before leaving on our vacation, performed the oil change while I waited in their lounge, and even offered me a complimentary cold bottle of water while I waited. The personnel were professonal, courteous, efficient and friendly and I enjoyed a lengthy personal exchange with the wife of one of the owners about the Pacific Northwest and their recent vacation there. An excellent experience from start to finish & I’ll be back. JMunson, Anacortes, WA 98221

This is the best car repair place I have ever used! They even gave me a ride home because we only had one car at the time. You can use these guys without any worry at all!
